I found these wonderful apartments by accident. And the reality exceeded expectations. Excellent clean family condo, consists of two buildings. There is a swimming pool in building A, which can be a little noisy during the day (children love to splash around there). We lived in building B. Silence, tranquility. The apartment consisted of two bedrooms, a large kitchen, living room and two bathrooms. Bed linen, towels, everything for cooking in the kitchen, hairdryer. The beach is a 15-minute walk; there is a small hill on the approach to the condo. Located in a quiet place, you can't hear the noise of the main road. Taxi drivers know this place and come without any problems. Within a minute's walk there are cafes, massage parlours, shops, fruit shops and a cool night market near the temple.
There were practically no insects in the apartment. The pool is cool, clean, there is no sun and not hot in the morning, there is a shower.
The view from the apartment is magnificent, of the sea and the forest. If you open the windows, you don't need air conditioning; the wind blows well. Wi-Fi is normal, you can work. We provided a crib for an additional fee, but it was too small for our 2-year-old child.
We were very pleased with our stay here and, if the administration listens to our feedback and adds some things to the apartment, we will be happy to come and stay again for a longer period.

The apartment was not cleaned upon our arrival, although we warned many times in advance what time we would be there
No microwave
No lid for the frying pan
No beer opener
No glasses
No iron
No supply of toilet paper, shower gel, shampoo
No beach towels or beach mats
The tulle is torn everywhere
Curtains do not open completely
Old and dirty air conditioners that cannot be adjusted so as not to blow away
Both TVs do not show TV channels, they refused to set up
The drain in the kitchen was clogged, no one came to fix it in a week, although they were invited
One key for the whole family is not enough
One chair on the balconies :)
Expensive electricity and water (40 and 6 baht)
Water in bathrooms does not drain well from the floor
One of the faucets is leaking in the guest bathroom
